What counts as Bestiary progress?
Think of the Bestiary as your monster journal. Every creature has independent progress, and each valid kill moves only that entry forward. Bosses are not included.
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| Solo kill | Counts toward your creature entry. |
| Summoned creature dies | Does not count toward the Bestiary. |
| Party kill | Progress is credited to the party leader by default. |
| Shared experience and completed leader entry | Progress may move to another eligible member with lower progress. |
How to advance an entry

Kill a Bestiary creature
Defeat an eligible creature yourself or through an eligible party kill.

Accumulate valid kills
Each credited kill adds +1 to the progress of that creature.

Unlock new stages
Milestones progressively reveal more details and discovered loot.
Find information in the client
The four views below follow the same sequence a player normally uses: track a hunt, browse the journal, search a creature and inspect the unlocked entry.
